just a small mention for the local north east road repair council people,so far in the last 12 months ive had repair bills to my car for £600 with suspension damage and stearing arm faults, all of which has come from unmarked or worn speed humps,i dont mind the speed humps being there but for gods sake if you lot at the council decide to put them in the road you should have the forsight to maintain them, the bill for the latest damage is being sent to sunderland council, ill let you know the reply, probably saying not our fault etc etc.
not only does this problem cost you money but in my opinion is very dangerous as a snapped stearing arm could cause a major accident.

Have been on to the highways people and in there wisdom and organisation they have ran out of cash to repair or maintain speed humps in washington and likely the rest of sunderland borough,so until they get some pennys your cars are going to suffer, anyone know a good garage.
so next time you dont see that speed hump because it aint marked and nack your front end suspension, you can thank the council.:redcard:

Are they not liable if the hump is not properly maintained ?
I thought they were liable for that sort of stuff plus dodgy pavements etc. I guess you would have to prove the damage was caused by a hump though.

Just take a digital camera out with ya FCB and any dodgy speed bumps take a photo and send them all in stating your claim and then sit back and wait for the :coin::coin::coin::coin:
