Why More Men Than Women?

Why do you think more men play Table Tennis than women?

Is it because we are lazy or we lack a challenging instinct? Could it be our physical attributes? Or maybe women partake less in all sports generally and if so why?

I think it's just the old fashioned etiquette of women must stand with their knees shut to be Lady like and if participating in sports this would be difficult. Sport is for men (boys that have never grown up), and women who do sports are viewed as being Tomb Boys.

Now I'm not saying this is right but be honest how many women do you know who would be happy to dress in shorts and jump up and down for an hour whilst others are watching.

Well i see many women participating in Table Tennis, none of which seem to care two hoots wether their image is one of a tomboy. If a woman or girl wants to take part in sport for a good reason then thoughts of others thinking "she looks like a tomboy" wont enter her mind, given the fact they would be serious about whatever sport they decide to undertake. Relating to how many and why not so many..........difficult answer but maybe the answer is women have a little more on their plate so to speak ie responsabilites while us men wander around thinking of themselves far to much !
