I usually look at this site at work during the day as it fits in with the nature of the work I do. But I notice some people posting on here seem to be up all night........When do you access this site ? and from where ? ......just curious.

I personally sneak on and off during the day from work but then as soon as I walk through my door at home my Laptop goes on. Sad ain't I? :resent:

I spend most of my day at a computer screen (self employed graphic/web designer), so I am actively trying to keep away from the computer as far a leisure time is concerned (BUT FAILING MISERABLY). I am also the webby guy at our own wee club and have been finding it difficult to get folks onto our blog (http://www.tabletennisayrshire.org.uk/TTBlog/TTBlog.html), so feel free to have a visit and post a message.

Back to the thread - I heard recently that spending time at a computer screen just before bed time is the equivalent to having a large espresso. My wife is trying to ban me from checking emails after 10pm.

My insomnia tends to be worst after a hard TT nights when I am feeling the effect of not being fit enough or reflecting on how I lost that match after being 2 games up! :resent:

im writing a blog system for the software on the site, with a few hacked add-ons but itl have to wait a few weeks while i upgrade the software.
