The guy who is the "bladerunner" has long been debated about and wether its fair game for him to compete with the able bodied, in my humble opinion the sport would do well to have the guy in it as a positive in all directions proving you can achieve anything if you try hard enough although rule changes to allow someone to enter is debatable also..............

Could we change Table Tennis rules anyway for the better or are they ok as they are, well my few changes would start like this.


Ok my rule changes to Table Tennis.............

1..........Lets make the rubber rule standard, with everyone having to play with red and black but the "same" type on each side, a fair comment which is not stopping anyone using pimples or any other type of Table Tennis rubber.

2..........Table Tennis media / viewing problem, this can be increased or made better to view by increasing the net height, not the ball size.

3..........Table Tennis should be a very community based sport so make it more community based, with every association having an obligation to the ETTA to always promote their particular area by positive media exposure and not just playing in cubby holes.

Perfectly right. An inch looks a lot to me. With some nets preintalled on some tables I dont think you could get an extra inch. I think half an inch should be enough..
