Right.. now it's fair to say that while I'm not too bad on the techie side of things, I'm certainly no good at presentation and making things look good (as is the case with most developers.)
I have Photoshop and I was wondering if anyone with experience of Photoshop knows how to create some table tennis images.. a bat, ball, table, net, etc? And if so would you have any tips? I'm positively rubbish, but I'd like my own images to use on my site.
Cheers
Chris

Thanks for your response!
I'm using Photoshop CS2.. I don't know that it's the Pro version, I can check that when I get home. It is a great tool in the right hands, I agree... I just don't possess the right hands!
I'm kind of looking for an icon style image.. so not too detailed, but quite professional looking. Does that make sense?

I think higher to be honest.. like maybe 150x150 because I can always resize down if need be. Also, I'm not sure gif is ideal because of the colour limitations (though I could be wrong), I was thinking png.
I quite like the kind of style you can get in the Crystal Clear (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Crystal_Clear) icon set, though I'm not sure how easy that is! I may be trying to run before I can walk with those. Plus, since they're open source, they're likely to have been created with The GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/), which I have also got, but most people are less familiar with.
