Hi,
Recently, upon sigining in, when clicking on the unread post links at the top right hand of the page, I now get the message " Sorry, there are no new threads to view.
You may search for threads updated during the previous 24 hours" rather than presenting me with the new posts.
Any ideas why ?

I have looked into the problem and not found any issues other than sometimes certain browsers detect or rather dont detect the thread marking system used within the vbulletin set up, however i have over-written the product and hopefully it may resolve any problems related to this.
PS please let me know if it continues, i have tried it as another test login and it seems to be working fine at the moment.
Regards
Dave

This would indicate thread marking is cookie-based, rather than database-based? I wouldn't know for certain, as I haven't studied the vBulletin code in any depth, but that's what it sounds like.

Seems like it is sorted, but if anyone has any difficulty clear your cookies initially then try again.
