Bob had blow up duck diddy had giant blow up fried egg, I had sleleton,sharky had bananna,dale had giant gorilla,was the days of inflatables,if you look on wacky world of tt you will see us after every game in final......every point was cheered to the rafters,,,although sweden won 5-0 all games were really close...fans were goin mental..:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

We wuz there....Dortmund, had a rented camper van. We had been to hemsby for table tennis festival and then over to Holland and drove to Germany. Enjoyed it at the time, but looking back it was one of those trips I will remember for the rest of my life......some of the best TT ever. The doubles final with Rosscoft and fetzner was an incredible atmosphere.

yeah dortmund every thing was fantastic you could go to the offy get a cold 6 pack and take it into the stadium the seating and the atmosphere fantastic
even the early games colin slevin was 2-0 up against apple and lost but his irish supporters sang and cheered all the way through led by his coach a cat weasel lookalike this was the same slevin who the tin man had on toast a year ealier in belfast
russia v korea was another fantastic game as 4 the rest every game we watched was brill and the germans allowed u 2 soak up the atmosphere
mind u them koreans thought they could just jump into taxis think again these weren;t sum tuck tuck in bangkok !

i eddy he followed Ali allover 2 try and get freebies and he must be one of the only people ever to sell his spirit/tabs back 2 duty free lost his bit on bandit on the boat skint again so had 2 return stuff for reddies to get home he should write a book how to go on holiday 4 a fiver he was even bunking in the showers
