It was by chance that James Cornford stumbled across this story in the Guardian on the London Snorkelling Team, a band so far from the main stream that they have more in common with the intertwined sub plots of a Terry Pratchett book, than they do with Zane Lowes new music.
What has a drunk aristocratic magician, taking the Bach out of Bach and a combination of metaphors and "pataphors" got to do with to do with table tennis I hear you ask? Well they needed 88 table tennis balls to pull it all off. Intrigued? Click here (http://music.guardian.co.uk/rock/story/0,,2275983,00.html) to read about the London Snorkelling Team.
What worries me is how James who writes for the ETTA stumbled across it !
