The list of needs for that TTK job is a bit extensive ? Is that really for an assistant coach/practise partner ?
£20k for a London job hhhmmm

I thought the same although the regional development is the same in most of them also with not enough time given to each area ............more people is the key then better utilisation of that particular person. especially in relation to development.

I always picture an assistant coach/practise partner as a decent young player with a good head on their shoulders. They can learn and develop on the job following the advice of the head coach.
With some decent coach development they could become a future head coach with their own club or school.
That job wants 3 years coaching experience, experience in the education industry, first aid and a driving license.
Wonder if you need your own bat ?
