Hey there!
I came across this site as I was googling for ads on table tennis players to play with so I thought I might as well have a look. I'm quite impressed with what I've found on here so I decided to become a member.
Oh by the way does anyone here come from the West Yorkshire? Bradford? I'm wanting to meet some players to play with. I'm not that good but I'm not that bad either. Give me a shout if anyone is interested.
Nice to meet you all.

Hello fella, welcome aboard!
I'm not aware of anyone around your area (someone else may know differently) - you can always check out the Member Map (http://tabletennistalk.co.uk/forum/vbgooglemapme.php) for details of who is nearest to you (not everyone has pinpointed their location yet.)

Hi and welcome to TT Talk. You could well be our first Member from your region but don't let that hold you back.
We do have Regional information HERE (http://www.tabletennistalk.co.uk/forum/index.php?pageid=areas) I hope this helps.
Welcome aboard
I'm sure you will find this site interesting and informative.

Good to see you on there Ruudolph and it looks like you're not a million miles away from JKC :fcb:

Yeah my location is just a stone's throw away from JKC's.....:grin2:
You're not far from me at all. It is a while since I was there, so I could be wrong, but have you put yourself in the university library (J. B. Priestley). I play in the Bradford league myself but I tend to practice at the Dewsbury TT centre (http://www.dewsburyttl.org.uk/camera.htm - Might pop down with Fred in a minute) as it is closer for me. If you have transport, you are quite welcome to practice with us on a Sunday or Friday(not ideal) night.

No Uni library is not where I live! Haha! I didn't really zoom in to the max when I pinpoint my location. I don't have transport but I might pop down one day (don't know when though) and see how your practice session goes. Thanks for the invitation JKC!

Hi Ruudolph i am not from round your area but know that it has always been a good ground for playing TT, i used to play doubles with a lad from Bradford, (Mark Smith) dont know if you or anyone else know's or have heard of him i think he is living down London though??
Plus not sure how far away from Leeds you are, as there is a good club there, i think it is still run by Tony Meredith??? :pleasantry:

No mate. I don't know him. My location isn't too far away from Leeds but I don't own a transport so it will be like 45-60 mins by bus I guess. There's actually a good club in Bradford and it's called Fastbats. I'm contemplating joining their general sessions soon.
