Junior Masters 2008_1st Day

Just some snippets from what I saw.
The format consists of 14 players. They all will play each other and score points for each win. Today the top half played the bottom half.

Boys:
Big upsets. Danny Lowe fresh from his Cadet Masters triumph beat the number 1 and 2 seeds, Damien Nicholls and Matt Ware, in his 1st two matches.
Chris Doran now leads as the only unbeaten player. But Matt and Damien only have the 1 defeat each so all to play for today.

Girls:
Almost as big an upset. Tin Tin Ho was leading Emma Vickers 2:1 before Emma got in her stride to take the last 2 games.
Tin Tin was not finished testing the top seeds though. Later on she beat Karina Leferve(Sp?). This proved once and for all that she will be a star of future. Let's see, she will be 14 or so in 2012, so maybe she's an outside bet for the women's team.
I think Emma leads the standing. I say think, as she was beaten by Mary Fuller in the last match. Mary deserved this win as she fought hard all day but could not quite pull off the big ones.

Thanks for the information TK im reliant on anyone who is at or near the action at times, with me working a lot so please feel free to give us all the information you can ...........

I have seen Tin Tin ..........great talent and i thnk deff the future star if developed to potential.
